Wanted to let everyone know that we seem to be experiencing phone problems at the branch. We have a super fancy new phone system and it is internet-based. We've had a few people call to say that they weren't able to get through. I'm not sure if the internet was down or if something else was the culprit. If having an internet-based phone system is the problem, we eventually might have to get a different phone as we obviously have to have reliable phones. In the meantime, don't hesitate to email or text if you are unable to get through. Hopefully the problem was temporary and not to be repeated.
It's amazing to me that technology is supposed to make our lives easier.
