Requests involving trades are the highest priority. When speaking with Michelle or other staff, please always be sure to let us know if your request involves a trade. Trades can't wait! Also, remember that the stock market closes at 3:00 central/std. It's best to contact the office as early in the day as possible. Often, trades have to be handled between client appointments.
